1. Accounts and eligibility
To use the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access by emailing support@youragenthub.ai.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are intended for business use by licensed insurance professionals and the agencies that employ them.
2. Access to the Services
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for your internal business operations during your active subscription term.
We may modify, update, or add features to the Services at any time. We may also remove or change features, although we will give reasonable notice for material reductions in functionality.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals
Plans and fees
Subscription fees, billing cycles, and feature limits for each plan are described on our pricing page. Fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Payment
You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for subscription fees and any applicable usage charges. If a payment fails, we may suspend the Services until the balance is paid.
Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. You may cancel from your dashboard at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Plan changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Annual customers prorate to the new tier at renewal. Add-ons may be toggled monthly without commitment.
4. Customer Data and ownership
You retain all rights to data, content, and information you submit to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and back up Customer Data solely as necessary to provide the Services to you and to comply with applicable law.
You represent that you have all necessary rights, consents, and permissions to upload Customer Data to the Services and that your use of the Services complies with applicable laws — including telecommunications laws governing SMS, email, and voice outreach (such as the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction). You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all consents from your contacts.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to permit any user under your account to:
- Use the Services to send unsolicited or unlawful communications, including spam;
- Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or harmful;
- Use the Services for any purpose prohibited by applicable law (including discriminatory marketing or unlicensed insurance activity);
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Services;
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties as a service bureau or similar arrangement, except as expressly permitted by us in writing;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services;
- Attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or related systems;
- Use automated means (other than documented APIs) to access the Services in a way that places undue load on our infrastructure;
- Use the Services to develop a competing product or service.
6. Agentic AI features
The Services include AI-powered features that can draft messages, qualify leads, place outbound calls, and take other actions on your behalf ("AI Features"). You acknowledge that:
- AI Features produce probabilistic output and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it in regulated communications.
- You control autonomy settings per workflow (fully autonomous, agent-approved, or suggestion-only). You are responsible for the autonomy level you select.
- You must comply with all applicable laws when using AI Features to communicate with your contacts, including disclosure requirements that apply in your jurisdiction.
- We may use aggregated, de-identified data about platform usage to improve the Services. We do not use your Customer Data to train AI models for the benefit of any other customer.
7. Third-party integrations
The Services integrate with third-party products (such as GoHighLevel, Stripe, Twilio, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Zapier). Your use of those products is governed by the third party's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not warrant their availability, accuracy, or security.
8. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks (other than Customer Data), are owned by YourAgentHub or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you in or to the Services.
If you provide us with feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the Services without restriction.
9. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Confidential information must be protected with reasonable care and used only to perform under these Terms or use the Services. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. ANY METRICS, BENCHMARKS, OR PERFORMANCE FIGURES ON OUR WEBSITE ARE ILLUSTRATIVE AND NOT GUARANTEES OF RESULTS.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YourAgentHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your Customer Data; (b) your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any consent, privacy, or intellectual-property right.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Services in a way that we reasonably believe presents legal or operational risk. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you before suspension where practicable.
You may terminate your subscription at any time by cancelling from your dashboard or by contacting support@youragenthub.ai. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends. We will make Customer Data available for export for thirty (30) days after termination, after which we may delete it.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual-property or confidential information.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice (such as email or in-product notification). Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
